GENERAL PRIZE DRAW RULES
1. The draw is open to UK [Channel Islands and Isle of Man] residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of BT, its agencies or their families. 2. The prizes are one Champneys spa break for two people for two nights, one ZapCat experience, one Toshiba DVD Player, one Xoro Freeview DVD Tablet, one World Card Business Card Scanner and one TIX LED Clock. 3. The prize is subject to availability. 4. The promoter (Champneys for the spa break, Days to Amaze for the ZapCat experience, BT for the Toshiba HD DVD Player and the TIX LED Clock, 3Wise Monkeys for the Xoro Freeview DVD Tablet and Gadgets Quick for the World Card Business Card Scanner) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. 5. Entries must be made either online at www.bt.com/talkingbusiness or by sending a postcard with the prize draw name, your name, business address, telephone number and email address to: [Name of prize draw eg 'Gadgets'] Prize draw, Talking Business, 7 St Martin's Place, London WC2N 4HA to arrive on or before 1 July 2007. 6. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. 7. The winner/s will be the first six correct entries drawn at random by an independent person on 2 July 2007. Winners will be notified by post, telephone or email on or before 29 July 2007. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prizes if any of the prize-winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter's sole discretion). 8. The prizes will be sent to winners by 1 August 2007. 9. A list of prize winners may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to 7 St Martin's Place, London WC2N 4HA on or after 30 July 2007. 10. No purchase necessary. Entries may be made by sending your name, business address, telephone number and email on a postcard to 7 St Martin's Place, London WC2N 4HA on or before 1 July 2007. Only one stamped postcard permitted. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the prize draw. 11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity events after the draw and by entering the promotion acknowledge their consent to take part in publicity. 12. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. 13. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize. 14. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. 15.
