Jarvis King Associates, with offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh, was founded in 2003 as a specialist headhunting and recruitment agency for the engineering, construction, transport, utilities and defence industries. It currently employs nine people and is changing the way the recruitment industry works by using its own bespoke system to manage files. This has increased consultant output and volume by over 70 per cent resulting in a major increase of sales and rapid growth.
